Positive: Two wonderful brothers who work at the place, cooperative and understanding, their style is classy and wonderful, they respect people and provide enough help and information, and they are generous with their morals and even more generous with food and gifts such as fruits, a juice fridge, nice drinks, food sandwiches, and whatever else they can serve, God willing, it is something beautiful and wonderful, I am very happy with them.

Positive: Everything was fantastic! They provided good communication prior to the stay, but their help on arrival was even better. Fabiola shared great dining and local area guidance and she saved me a lot of time and money by showing how to get a bus to the Abbey which was not shown on Google Maps. The location is just about as perfect as you could hope for, an easy walk from the train station and centrally located to a lot of dining and shopping. They were consistently positive and friendly, truly welcoming, and provided a wonderful guest experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was great.

Positive: The hotel was perfect, impeccably clean. Beautiful view of the city and central location. We only stayed one night because we were in town to see the cousins. The staff was amazingly nice and I felt like I was a long lost cousin being welcomed home!!! (Actually, they might have been my cousins.) Everyone was very interested in making sure we were comfortable and they even had our room ready early so we could leave our bags and sight see with the family. They gave us for free a multitude of snacks, food and toiletries (including a razor, which was nice because my husband could not find blades for his safety razor he brought). This is a family run business and someone pops out to help you before you can even think of asking a question. I tried to carry my suitcase up and down the staircase and each time someone magically appeared out of no where and whisked it away. I told my family they should always recommend this hotel!!

Positive: From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the manager, Fabiola, whose genuine smile and exceptional hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for.

Negative: While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are beautifully and eclectically decorated, giving the hotel a unique and inviting character. Everything was impeccably clean, and it was clear that great attention is paid to every detail. So in fairness, there was nothing that I did not like.

Positive: The owner was very pleasant, greeting us at the door and welcoming us to her town. Check-in was prompt and efficient. They even carried our luggage to our rooms. Fruit and snacks were waiting for us in the rooms as well. She also made sure to recommend local eateries. Overall...excellent boutique hotel!
